Membership Renewal

Here is a reminder of what you need to do if you haven’t yet renewed your membership.

• Direct Debit  –  No need to do anything as your mandate will continue into April at the new fee rate but if any details need updating such as address, telephone number, etc then you will need to go into your WebCollect account and update or if you are unsure then contact the office.

• Bank Transfer  –  Please keep an eye out for an automatic email which you will receive with a new bank reference number.  This will request that you make payment on 1st April.
• Cards / Other Payments  –  Log on and renew your subscription by clicking on the renew tab  Renew subscription

Access Control Cards and Fobs

As previously explained ALL cards and fobs will need to be refreshed from the 1st April but this can only be done once you have renewed your membership and payment has been received.

Please visit the Waterside Reception to get your cards and fobs refreshed from April.

OOD Training

If you are interested there are two sessions of OOD training taking place on Wednesday 29th March and Sunday 2nd April.  See Dave for more information.
