SEVERN TRENT OPEN DAY – Saturday 27th April As part of the Severn Trent Open Day we will be offering sailing trips at the Sailing Club from 11am to 4pm. Just turn up at the Clubhouse. We recommend you bring shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. All other equipment can be provided.

We are undertaking some promotional activity to encourage people to join the Club. In a closely fought battle in Friday night’s Quiz, the Windsurfer Team’s musical knowledge helped them snatch victory in the last round. An excellent evening, good Quiz, good food and beer! A great turnout despite dire weather warnings to watch some of  Draycote’s Talent from 7 years old to almost pensionable put on a great show for the 50+ people . Thanks to all who performed, the caterers who supplied some excellent food and to everyone who made the effort to attend.
