The Draycote Water site has signposts to direct you and this guide will also help you to plan ahead for your visit.
Please be aware that Draycote Water Sailing Club is located on a hillside and areas of the site are sloped. This also means that first floor access is restricted.
All toilets and changing rooms are on the first floor. These are accessible via a ramp at the back of the Clubhouse (details below). Disabled toilets are available at ground level at the Visitor’s Centre.

The main driveway at Draycote Water.
Turn right here for our lower car park, trailer park, and also for disabled parking bays in the Severn Trent main car park.
Continue straight on, and then turn left for the Sailing Club.
Our lower car park is on the right hand side and signposted.
Campervan spaces will be marked out at the far end of this car park.
Follow this road to the left for disabled parking bays.
Turn left here for the Sailing Club.
The barrier is often open at weekends. When it is closed, use the intercom post that is on the grass area about 10 metres before the barrier.
Press the intercom ‘call’ button to speak to a staff member to open the barrier. There may not be an answer at busy times so you can contact us in advance for the barrier code.
Club members with an access fob should tap their fob on to the numeric keypad.

Continue straight on here for the car park to the west of our Clubhouse for boat drop off and windsurf launching areas.
You can turn right here to quickly drop off someone before parking your vehicle in one of the car parks.
You must not park on any of these access roads or in the staff and committee spaces.

This area is mostly loose gravel and stone.
Going to the Clubhouse from the west car park.
This gate is sometimes closed and there is space to walk around it on the left hand side, or it can be opened with the latch.
The path here is tarmacked but it is rough and uneven in some areas.
Approaching the Clubhouse from the lower car park, the Severn Trent disabled parking bays or the east boat park.
There are steps to the first floor office, foyer toilets, lounge and bar.
Access to the first floor for toilets with disabled cubicle, changing rooms, bar and lounge is via a door with a ramp to the left (the back) of the Clubhouse. This door requires a code, please speak to a member of staff or contact us in advance for codes.
To the right (the front of the Clubhouse) is our patio area, the waterside reception and chandlery, and the wet bar.
At the front of the Clubhouse is our patio area with seating benches.
This area is often used for event briefings.
The ground floor doors here lead to the waterside reception and chandlery, and the wet bar.
Also at the front of the Clubhouse are external stairs to the first floor lounge and bar, and the race office room.
Under the stairs area is a door that leads to the wetbar and also for internal stairs to the first floor for toilets and changing rooms.
