Draycote Water Sailing Club has its very own RYA recognised training centre offering the opportunity to try for the first time or develop any level of sailing, windsurfing and power boating.
You do not need to be a Club member to take part in courses.
Safety is our topmost priority – all of our instructors have been DBS checked, are first aid trained, and our rescue team operates everyday.

We use an online booking programme called WebCollect that was developed specifically for small sports and hobby clubs to manage and organise their bookings. You will be redirected to the WebCollect pages when booking.
We can host corporate team days, school groups and social groups (e.g. Women’s Institute, Scouts, Guides) for group Paddleboard sessions (ages 18+), or a Mixed Watersport activity with Sailing and/or Windsurfing too.
Tailored to your organisation’s needs, the sessions are a fun and exhilarating way to try new sports, learn new skills and have fun together as a group.
As well as ensuring you have a fun time, safety is a topmost priority – all staff are DBS checked and hold the relevant instructing qualifications. We provide the necessary kit including buoyancy aids, and professional rescue is on hand at all times. Risk assessments and Health & Safety information will provided, too..
Kayaking and Canoeing is only permitted at Draycote Water as part of organised sessions with Rugby Canoe Club who have an affiliation with our Club. Please visit their website for details.
