MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
The new membership year is coming up shortly, it’s a fairly seamless task these days with WebCollect doing most of the hard work, and we’ll send everyone an email renewal notice on the 23rd March.
If you need to make any changes to your membership (contact details, addresses, boats etc.) please log in to WebCollect or email Rebecca in the office on office@draycotewater.co.uk
Please remember to check you have the correct Membership option for your age when these emails arrive.
CLUB RACING
On Sunday we saw beautiful weather which definitely felt like spring is very near! We’re looking forward to seeing more people back on the water for Sunday racing, first race starts at 11.00am.
Wednesday evening racing will start on 30th March with food afterwards in the bar.
30th March & 6th April – 6.30pm start.
13th April – 31st August – 7.00pm start.
7th & 14th September – 6.30pm start.
OPTIMIST SPRING CHAMPS
Just a heads up that we are hosting the Optimist Spring Champs on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th March. This is a big event and we expect the Club to be busy.
NEW SEASON ACTIVITIES…
All groups are free with your own boat or just £5.00 to hire Club boats.
Members! Make a difference this summer by being an Improver Group Guide.
Our ‘Improvers’ completed a sailing course last year and need someone experienced to sail a simple course with them, answer questions, and generally make them feel welcome to the Club.
Sessions start in April for 2 hours on Sundays. There’s a rota in the shop so you can pick dates that work for you, and do as many or as few sessions as you’re able.
